So I Made a Video (but can't figure out how to post it...)

I popped on here about 3 hours ago to write something about how, due to my seeing the negative feedback as something I could learn from, I had transformed to a higher level of consciousness or some crap like that. What actually happened is that I rabbit holed into reading more harsh feedback that I received online. I had a lot of feels. And then I had a lot to say.

I tried to type, but my brain was going faster than my hands. So I made a video. And it's on my Facebook page.
